Stitchery Challenge

For the year 2014 I've begun a self-imposed 365-day Stitchery Challenge.

This idea isn't my own & has been borrowed from Kathleen Loomis, whose blog can be seen here. I read about her yearly personal challenges in Quilting Arts Magazine & was overcome with excitement. She has been doing this for many years with a variety of media taking center stage.

DETAILS:

This is a personal exercise in restoring my creativity, to hand-stitch something small daily:

Using 4" X 4" pieces of Kona cotton
of different colors
depicting something about my day which strikes me
as important, silly, noticed, enjoyed, loved
